July 10th: Spencer is now released through Bountiful Baby! Kylah is being adjusted by me to be able to be molded with all of her details. Finished photos are coming before wax molding which will be her official release date. So excited.July 18th: Almost complete adjusting legs and glueing hair on the sculpt for final photos!July 28th: Woo hooo!!! Just performed an ankle-ectomy and the legs are just right for the molds!! I'm really excited about these legs and pretty proud today. China here Kylah comes!July 30th: Finishing glueing on hair for photos on Sunday. She'll open on Monday the 1st. Aug. 1st: Have her photos up and posted but I am postponing release until tomorrow Tues. 2nd to give the dealers time to put her on. Wahooooo! So excited.Aug. 3rd: WOW, orders are flying. I am sending out confirmations today to those that ordered from here. Just added Australia, thanks Bonnie and thanks to my wonderful dealers.Aug. 18th: *Update from factory* Good news! They said that the arms & legs did "not" need to be unbent/adjusted to mold meaning that they will still lose some detail as all vinyl does but that they are the angles that the original OOAK was. No major adjustments. Going right on track!

Payment and Shipping
If you are placing a Pre-order deposit, this is non refundable & non transferable and due immediately to reserve your kit until final shipment. This deposit will apply towards the final price of the doll kit. You will be invoiced by email from customer service the remainder of the kit when in stock and will ship when balance is paid.
We ship USPS Priority. For international orders, we are only responsible for shipment until it leaves the U.S. You are responsible for all V.A.T. charges, customs, fees, and taxes. We can only claim 100% of the value of your order for shipment.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
Ordering from this site is secure and you can pay with credit cards even if you don't have a paypal account. We do not accept layaways on vinyl kits.
Returns & Refunds
*For vinyl doll kits: If you have purchased directly through this site, we will refund your purchase if you are not satisfied within 14 days. Your order must be received to process the refund and must be in the same condition as shipped. The kit must be post marked within this time period. We cannot refund for shipping either way unless it is a mistake or defect in materials.
